The Customer Service theme assesses the entry role individual’s skills and abilities to assist those who are buying or using their employer’s products or services. Items in this theme aim to understand several aspects of how the entry role position can impact the customer experience. Areas such as being able to understand and see how they can meet the needs of customers to find solutions to problems is explored. This theme also captures how the individual might assist customers, the way they demonstrate appreciation, and ways they get to know the customer to make their experience as positive as possible. In addition, the individual’s skills and abilities with guiding the customer through the sales process and their product/service knowledge is gathered.
