Drives for Results
The Drives for Results theme covers several aspects of an individual’s ability and skills used to accomplish their work. Some elements of this theme focus on getting the work done in ways that follow a standard process. For example, the following of safety procedures as well as the adherence to the rules and procedures of a place or work are measured. There is also an aim to understand how the individual treats other people such as their respect for diversity and overall consideration for others in the workplace. Personal integrity, or honesty and truthfulness in the workplace is included here as well. The Drives for Results theme also works to understand how the individual manages their own personal development within the work being accomplished. Finally, this theme looks to gather the individual’s understanding of how their talents and abilities can best meet and assist with the goals of the organization where they work.
